Elements, pioneers in Embedded Talent Consultancy, needed a new headquarters that truly reflected their dynamic and people-focused ethos. With a team regularly embedded in the offices of forward-thinking clients like Spotify and Booking.com, their own space had to feel just as inspiring and engaging—a home base employees would genuinely want to return to.
Set in a vibrant location overlooking Camden Market, the vision was to create a workplace that felt “grown-up” yet playful, balancing professionalism with personality. It needed to support a range of working styles, with zones for deep focus, informal collaboration, video calls, and large-scale team gatherings. Flexibility, functionality, and a strong sense of community were key.

The project moved at a rapid pace, with just a few weeks to design and finalise the concept before entering a seven-week on-site build. Close collaboration with the client and Tribe Furniture allowed for an open, iterative design process where ideas were shared freely and integrated into the final scheme.
The resulting space is bold yet refined—anchored in a palette of muted blacks and greys, contrasted with playful pops of colour and texture. A central kitchen sits at the heart of the office, acting as a hub for everything from daily work to team events. Additional features include a dedicated coffee point with a professional barista setup and a rooftop vegetable patch—unique touches that reflect Elements’ culture of wellbeing, creativity, and connection.
This thoughtfully designed HQ captures the spirit of the brand and provides a flexible, energising environment where people feel empowered, connected, and valued.
