As the Senior Designer on Hexaware's London HQ transformation, I led the design of a dynamic, future-ready office that responded to both the company's global aspirations and local team's evolving needs. The existing workspace was outdated and out of sync with Hexaware's fast-paced digital growth. Post-pandemic challenges such as low employee engagement and underwhelming return-to-office experience emphasised the need for a complete rethink.
The goal was to deliver a workplace that would boost productivity while authentically expressing Hexaware's culture, innovation-driven mindset, and human-centred values.

The concept centred on creating an immersive, narrative-rich environment. This project was a celebration of design as a storytelling tool-crafting an experience that not only met functional goals but also elevated the everyday workplace into a space of engagement, identity, and meaningful connection for its users.
