I was approached to develop a design proposal for the revitalisation of an existing juice bar within a spa and health club in Muswell Hill. The brief was to create a space that aligned with the spa’s calming, wellness-focused environment while highlighting the quality and craft behind the bar’s fresh offerings.

The design centred on enhancing the customer experience through a soothing material palette—warm whites, natural timber, and layered planting—selected to promote a sense of serenity and wellbeing. At the heart of the layout is the central bar, positioned as a social anchor where food and drink become a shared experience. This focal point not only encourages connection but reinforces the brand’s ethos of nourishment, community, and mindful living.

The result is a harmonious, inviting space that supports both the wellness journey and the elevated standard of the product.
