Project overview

As Senior Designer on this ambitious 30-week project, I lead the design development from concept through to completion, including client approval meetings, and on-site coordination.

The project began with a complete strip-out of the client’s existing office back to Cat A, providing a blank canvas for a fresh, inspirational concept. The aim was to reimagine the space into a high-performing, people-focused environment that supported both functionality and wellbeing.

Logistically, the programme included a road closure for crane lifts, relocation of existing server infrastructure, and operating within a live environment for the first 20 weeks. Strong collaboration across teams was essential in managing these challenges while maintaining design integrity.

Results

The project was a great success, and was awarded a Ska Gold Rating and an excellent CCS score — reflecting our commitment to delivering a safe, engaging workspace where people can truly thrive. I’m proud to have played a key role in shaping this transformation, both creatively and on site.
